The regular board meeting was called to order by Board President, John Priddy at 6:45 PM. Board members present were Kathy Isbell, Gary Clendenen, Roy Seider, Angela McCorkle and Ann Stegemoller. Dean Cagle were absent. Also in attendance were Superintendent Robby Stuteville and Principal Sandra Richardson

The invocation was led by Kathy Isbell.

Angela McCorkle made the motion to approve previous minutes from December 12, 2007 regular meeting. The motion was seconded by Roy Seider and passed unanimously.

There was no audience of individuals.

Roy Seider made the motion to approve the bills paid as presented. The motion was seconded by Kathy Isbell and passed unanimously.

Roy Seider made the motion to approve the Resolution for Trustees of Mills County Appraisal District. The motion was seconded by Gary Clendenen and passed unanimously.

Robby Stuteville gave the superintendents report.

Angela McCorkle made the motion to adjourn at 7:15 p.m.. The motion was seconded by Roy Seider and passed unanimously.
